Your GCHOA Board will be holding an important Special meeting at the clubhouse, for all GCHOA members….

10 AM to 11 AM

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss this upcoming situation.

Compass Management is Planning to schedule two meetings, on the same day,  in person at the Clubhouse, in August, for all Grand Cove residents. They will be informing all residents of their intent to apply for an Above Guideline Rent Increase with the Ontario Government. They will also be sharing the reasons why they will be making this application. 

As your GCHOA board, we felt it important to call a meeting beforehand. We will not have all the answers to your questions, but we can discuss the situation and help prepare for the meetings with Compass. We would also like to discuss how the GCHOA board can assist. We have some initial thoughts, and would like to discuss them with you, and obtain your feedback.

It will be important to have a quorum, so please attend. 

Also, Art Parkes will be available at 9:30 AM, before the meeting, to help you either renew your membership, or take out a new membership. 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR GCHOA MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU.
