Thank you and News About Parking

Canada Day Thank You

First, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our Canada Day celebration such a wonderful success! Special recognition goes to:

  • The Lions Club volunteers for cooking delicious burgers and hot dogs in the extreme heat
  • The Thursday jammers for entertaining us with fantastic Canadian music
  • Our efficient set up crew who worked before and after the event
  • Everyone who helped decorate the clubhouse
  • Tom Brewer for organizing the parade and arranging the fire truck
  • All participants who braved the heat with their decorated vehicles
  • Jennifer Wilson for winning the $50 prize with her amazing Nova Scotia-themed golf cart!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the parade and cheered us on. Our community showed tremendous pride in both Grand Cove Estates and Canada!

Parking Lot Update

The GCHOA contacted Compass Management on Sunday, July 1st regarding parking enforcement during the Canada Day weekend.

Current Situation: Security coverage has traditionally been 5 pm to 11 pm on holidays.

Going Forward: The GCHOA has requested expanded security coverage from 9 am to 9 pm every weekend throughout the summer and on holidays.

Important Reminder: Please ensure you display your parking pass (or visitor parking pass for guests) on your dashboard when parking in the Clubhouse parking lot to avoid being towed.
