Court Details

Our community courts offer:

• Multi-use surface suitable for both tennis and pickleball
• Well-maintained playing surface with clear line markings
• Convenient location within the community
• Available for use during daylight hours

Usage Guidelines

• Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Please limit play sessions when others are waiting
• Proper court shoes required (no black-soled shoes that may mark the surface)
• Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment
• Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult

Equipment

Residents should bring their own:

• Tennis or pickleball rackets/paddles
• Balls appropriate for your game
• Water bottles and sun protection

Court Etiquette

• Be respectful of other players and noise levels
• Clean up any rubbish and return equipment to proper storage
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the HOA
